From design to your home
- The design
Every design is charted knot by knot on a grid: each cell is one knot and one colour.
- 1200-reed weaving
The looms set 1,440,000 knots in every square metre, laying the design down row by row.
- Finishing & checks
The surface is sheared, edges and fringe completed, and each carpet inspected before packing.
- Rolled & sent out
Each carpet is rolled and wrapped, then leaves Ravand for stores and homes.
